春の乱舞
キレイなさくらでした。
高田公園ではなかったのですが、
広場のたくさんのサクラでした。
お天気もよくて最高！！
日本人ですね～～
今日も元気にいきましょう。
さて、
昨日のつづきを書こうとおもいましたが、
それは明日にします。
ご期待して頂いたみなま、すみません。
オンラインであるセミナーを受けました。
４月からの働き方改革がありました。
建設業と運送業の人たちは
残業禁止です。
しっかり働いて、しっかり休む。
つまち
効率的な仕事を強いている訳です。
しっかり休めるのはいいことです。
次の力にもなります。
達成するためのひとつの方法として
ＤＸが使えるよというのです。
時代ですよね。
職人さん不足が言われています。
高齢化しています。
新しい人が入らない
今いる人は徐々にリタイヤしていく
職人さん不足で。
こまりますよね。
テレビで紹介された動きがあるそうです。
大工さんは大工だけの仕事の他に
もうひとつ技を習得すること。
クロスや電気や
獲得するための費用は会社が補助するよ。
ということです。
そうすれば、仕事量が足りないとか
時期的にかぶって現場がまわらない
なんてことが少なくなります。
いろいろな対応策がとられていのですね。
そんな情報に触れてあつくなってしまいました。
なので今日のブログは脱線しています。
時代に対応した動きをしなくてはいけない
本当にそう思いました。
生き残れる生物は
強い個体でなくて
変化に順応できる生物
なのだそうです。
